Yachting Membership Applications must also be
accompanied with an Appleton

Attach a check for the Annual Membership Fee
in the amount of $520.00* ($362.50** Annual Membership Fee plus the $157.50* New Member Initiation Fee) to this
Yachting Membership Application.
(2) Attach a check in the amount of $157.50* (which will be credited toward the cost of your slip/tie-up) to an Appleton Yacht Club Mooring and Rental Agreement Application.

Send both applications and checks to the above address “Attention: Vice Commodore.” You will be
billed for the balance of the slip/tie-up fee once it is approved. Until your formal approval, you may be able
to keep your vessel in our harbor at the sole discretion of our Lessor of
Docks.
